Returns Policy

Supergates supports your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

1. Custom Orders

Custom Orders are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be returned for exchange or refund once manufacturing has commenced.

Note: All Gates are custom made and so cannot be returned unless Faulty.

2. Product Returns

Supergates will accept product returns and provide you with a refund, replacement product or repair where:

    • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
    • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
    • The product does not match the sample or description; and
    • You can provide an invoice or other adequate proof of purchase

Supergates reserves the right to not offer a refund, replacement product or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. To request a return, please send us a message via our contact form and specify your full name, order/invoice number and the reason for returning the item. We will attempt to process your return within 30 days, however exact time frames depend on individual circumstances.

3. Change Of Mind

We understand that sometimes circumstances may change and want to assist where possible, but please be aware that any custom item, which is 90% of what we do, cannot be refunded as it is unique, and not likely to be sold to anyone else.

Our staff will only consider a refund if the product is a stock item (standard size item as seen in our online shop) and if:

    • The goods are returned in original packaging
    • The goods are not damaged or soiled in any way
    • The goods are fit for resale as a “new” product
    • The goods are returned within 21 days from date of purchase

Change of mind returns are at the absolute discretion of Supergates and its representatives, yet we commit to acting responsibly to be fair to all parties.
