Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on standard online purchases made through our website.
Shipping for custom orders, made-to-measure products, and installation projects is calculated separately based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable freight costs for these orders will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Shipping Times & Lead Times
Please note: Production (lead time) and shipping time are separate timeframes and are not combined.
When purchasing online, delivery usually takes 4-5 days from the day your order leaves our warehouse, dependent upon your delivery address. Production and Handling lead times are specified via email, and are an estimate on the production lead time of your order to be ready to ship from our warehouse. Shipping time will be specified via email when the shipment is booked in and you receive tracking information.
We rely on our own fleet of trucks as well as our reliable and major logistics partner – Hunter Express.
